OTL: Make timecard entry read-only for a specific project.

We want to create timecard in OTL using APIs.

These Timecards can have multiple time entries for different projects(OTL with projects integration).

We are investigating an option to make timecard entry read only for a specific project. Is it feasible.

Based on what we know, we cannot do conditional formatting in Timecard templates.

Please help me if you have done something like this.
