Suppleir Payment Delivery Attributes - What is Service Level

We are currently appyly the latest RUP to 12.1.3 and find a new field Service Level for supplier.  Can someone explain the purpose?  And now tis works with AP payments?

Using delivered Payable Manager navigate - Suppliers > Entry

Query a Supplier

Select Payment Details link

Under Payment Attributes - Payment Delivery Attributes tab

     Find Service Level

Also find the same using delivered Payable Manager navigate - Suppliers > Entry

Query a Supplier

Select Payment Details link

Under Supplier Sites

Select Update Payment Details link for a Site name

Under Payment Attributes - Payment Delivery Attributes tab

     Find Service Level
