Trial Balance

Hi

I have a question regarding the GL Trial Balance in 12.2.3

1  Request name (which I am able to access) is Trial Balance, and when I view log, short name is GLTRBAL1.  Are these correct, or should I be running a different report (for example GLRTR1)?  If I should be running a different report, what is its long name?  I do not have access to Application Developer to look for these things myself.

2  Trial Balance is completing normally, but when I click on View Output I just get the XML version, not a txt version.  Also, in the Output options there are no templates available, which leads me to believe this is an old text based report.  Any ideas how to get the old txt output?
