Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. question related with BIP desktop

Hi

We use local user (has administrator privilege) to install BIP desktop 11.1.1.7 on Windows7 32bit

After installation,open excel,then we can see BIP add-in tab

but when we use domain user,then we can not see BIP add-in tab (domain user also have administrator privilege )

Could you please tell me why I can not see BIP add-in when use domain user,and what is the cause.
