OTL: Unable to view In and Out entries in the OTL timekeeper entry form.

Hi,

I am unable to view "In" and "Out" entries in the OTL Super  Timekeeper entry form, I have already set the preference "Timekeeper Misc Setup Items" Display In & Out to "YES".

Am i missing anything , please advise.
