Loading circular sourcing rules (inventory rebalancing enabled Sourcing rules) from Excel to ASCP/DR

we have to load large volume of inventory rebalancing enabled Sourcing rules, from Excel file into ASCP. we try to insert data to MSC_ST tables for sourcing rules, and run ODS Load to get them to the destination MSC tables. I do not see the columns relevant for circular sourcing rules viz., CIRCULAR_SRC and CIRCULAR_SRC_RANK in the staging table MSC_ST_SR_SOURCE_ORG.

is loading this from backend is supported ? or  any other solution for this ?

Anyone had similar requirement ?
