Subinventory Transfer for a reserved changes reservations for other lines

Dear All

I have an order with 2 lines with reservations quantities of 1 each. I  am making a subinventory transfer for 1st line but it also changes reservations for 2nd line. For Example both lines are reserved with same lot number,subinventory,locator and lpn. When I make subinventory transfer for 1st line reservations for 2nd line automatically however I am calling procedure on the basis of LINE_ID. One point is noticeable that 2nd line reservation changes according to subinventory transfer transaction.
