Installation Plan & Workbench issue - Assistance Required

Dear All

I am in the process of installing JDE E9.1 the architecture is as follows

1 deployment server primary

1 enterprise server (1 enterprise server for DV,PY,PS) and 1 Batch Server.

2 database server (1 database server for DV,PY,PS) and (1 database server for PD) for the common database (sy,svm,ol,dd) I have chosen the production database server

1 web servers (1 web server for DV,PY,PS)

I have created the Installation Plan as per attached document screenshot and validated successfully.The plan now is in validation state 30 validation completed. Validation report is attached.

When I'm running the same plan from Installation Workbench in attended mode , its showed me completed successfully within second .I've not seen any task ran for this plan.
