Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

For CTI Integration, "Oracle Telephony Adapter Developers guide" states that the Operating System compatible are as follows:

Operating Systems:

C API: Windows NT 4.0 SP6 or Windows NT 2000

Java API: Windows NT 4.0 SP6 or Windows NT 2000, Linux and UNIX

Is it not compatible with Windows 7? We are planning to use JAVA API for the same.
