No Causal Forecast on a new Promo w/ External Baseline

Hi all,

I am generating a Causal forecast and using an external baseline with values. We received causal information from external systems. It happened that we have in the forecast horizon a promotion that never happened before.

What is happening is that we are getting 0 (zero) forecast for the days where that promotion is marked. The system calculated effect is 0 and I have the "accept negative lift" measure disabled.

So i am not seeing any reason to have a 0 forecast, i should have 0 promotional peak and my approved forecast should be at least the same as the baseline. 

Any ideas on this?
