Field Service Task Status Transition
Hi folks,
I am a novice in Field Service and if you can spare some time it will be great.
We have Service requests against which Tasks are created. The business user uses the "Use Template" button to add a new Task to the SR.
For the new task created , it is a custom Task Type ("Dispatch Emergency") , it also defaults Status to "On hold" and Priority "High"
In Task Type Setup , Dispatch Emergency has no Workflow setup and "Allow Part Requirement" and "Schedulable" checkboxes checked.
In Status Transition Rule,"On hold" can be transitioned to only 2 other states. One is "Assigned and the the other is "Closed".
