Monthly accrual : how to make available hours accumulated for a month only on the first day of next
Hello, our client has a specific rule about accrual.
They would like to have total hours accrued during a month only on the first day of the next month.
Example :
- from 01-april-2015 to 30-april-2015 : employee accrued 7hours of sick leaves
- From "employee accruals" screen, when we datetrack on 30-april-2015 : we do not want to see 7 hours accrued but 0
- these 7 hours accrued during april month, they would like to see it (available) only the 01-may-2015.
- This logic must be setup during whole year for each month.
Do someone have any idea about this issue ?
