Has anyone use the APPS.XLA_GL_TRANSFER_PKG?

Has anyone use the APPS.XLA_GL_TRANSFER_PKG?  I am looking for documentation of the specification to run this package to transfer JE from the xla_ae_headers and xla_ae_lines tables to the GL.  We are using the XLA_journal_entries_bup_pkg to enter the manual JE into the XLA tables and we are using the APPS.XLA_JE_FUNDS_CHECKER_PKG to check funds.  Are last step is now to execute the APPS.XLA_GL_TRANSFER_PKG.

Does anyone have experience with this package?
