Balance Adjustment for Involuntary Deduction
Many of our Involuntary Deductions were created prior to the release of the patch that changed the functionality of Involuntary Deductions. When these deductions are used multiple times for same assignment, the balances "Primary Account Balance" and "To Total Owed" do not reflect accurate balances. Since Payroll cannot reuse the elements, they are requesting additional elements. We have already created 6 Garnishments and this is not enough. Is it possible to use Adjust Balances to "reset" the deduction balances so the elements can be reused?
