Transactions form

Hi,

We have created a custom view of the transactions data in the OA framework page and when users selects a particular transaction we have provided a button to launch the seeded transactions form (which opens in the forms session). The form shows correctly when the user selects it the first time, but subsequent selections the form does not launch even after left the session open for 30 mins.

We launch the receipt form as well and that is launched without any trouble at all.

Any suggestions/ideas please.
