contract expert rule does not bring in clause

Hi,

We are using procurement contracts.

i want to use contract expert functionality.

as a test case i created a simple rule where an answer of yes to a question results in adding a clause to the template.

rule was activated successfully.

however, when testing this from the contract term i see that the clause was not added after i had esponded to the question with Yes.

any idea what am i missing?
