Greater of SO or Forecast outside Demand Time Fence

We are using MRP Forecasts and we dont use ASCP and we have setup Demand Time Fence at Item/Org level.

IF we have SO and Forecast entries that fall outside of DTF...we want to consider greater of either demand or forecast...Is this standard functionality in MRP

Please advise.
