HFM deploy failed at DCOM configuration on 64bit box

Hello expert!

Recently I have been stuck in a HFM system deployment problem.

EPM version is 11.1.2.1, the server is windows 2008 64bit.

The deploy failed at DCOM configuration even I tried again and again, the configuration page just disappear when performing DCOM configuration.

I found a solution in a tips-issue document (see below) state that HsvDataSoure is not registered. But when I tried to register the HsvDataSoure.exe file, it pops up a message that 'HFM_xerces-c_x64_2_4_0.dll file is missing', the registration failed.

Any suggestion what went wrong?

When configuring an 11.1.2 distributed Financial Management configuration, when EPM System  Configurator starts the DCOM configuration task, it suddenly crashes and disappears. What is the  problem?
