How to transfer CA rules (pairs) for Russian correspondence to other instanse ?

Hi !

I'm setup and test CA rules  (CLE: Correspondence Accounting) on Vision12.2.4

Now I need to bring them to DEV instance. Are there a tools, that can be usefull for this?
