Creating Sale Order Error

Dear

Oracle Friends

While creating the Sales Quote in Order Management , I was getting Error

ORA-20001: APP-FND-01728: An assignment does not exists for these Parameters.

OE_HEADER_UTIL Procedure Get_Order_Number

user-Defined Exception in packahe

OE_HEADER_UTIL Procedure Pre_Write_process


So How i can resolve this issues? kindly guide me and i have attached the Picture
