Error on comp reconfiguration in Siebel

Hi Friends,

Am seeing below error whenever am trying to reconfigure component params which needs reconfiguration. For first change, no issues but after commiting first change and then again if do the start reconfiguration, update the param values and then click commit reconfiguration, I see this errror:

[1]279*SBL-ADM-50004: Unable to complete reconfiguration due to insufficient process resources. The maximum allowable number of processes is 2, but here are currently 2 processes running for component SMObjMgr_adm and 1 additional new processes are required to complete reconfiguration.1*011*admcomp.cpp4*32601*11*21*212*SMObjMgr_adm[2]279*SBL-ADM-50004: Unable to complete reconfiguration due to insufficient process resources.
