Error in installation workbench pakcage

Hi All,

I have some issue during E910 installation. This is a new installation, when i run the Installation workbench(GH961). I hit some error at page package workbench . It's also come out message " Error Create manifest F98770". Kindly please advise. Thanks.

This is error on jde.log :-
