statistical history update in mid of year

Hi,

By mistake, Business did not ran R03B161 (Annual close)  during year end of 2014 and also credit and collection date patterns were also not changed to set for fiscal year 15.

Now, when we recommended to set date patterns for fiscal year 15 , Before that user ran statistical history refresh which updated flag RPISTC to 1.  in F03B11 and F03B14 for some of records. Now when i ran statistical refresh after setting date patterns for 15, My total sales data is not matching for fiscal year 15 for some customers and difference is the exact (for invoices whose RPISTC has changed to 1).
