E910_WLS finetuning

HI, i have reviewed of the WLS white paper and it stated securitycachePurge is set to 1800 000  which is 30mins....but in my SMC, TR9.1.4.3,,,it is using 600 000 which is 10min only..

so, wondering what would be the optimal value of this ?

any ideas?
