Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Getting error Cannot get service: XXXXX (SBL-UIF-00275) in 8.1.1.14

Hi,

We are invoking a business service through browser script.

There is an entry made for ClientBusinessService in Application User Property for this business service.

Still, we are getting following error:

Cannot get service: XXXXX.(SBL-UIF-00275)

On Support web, the SR: Business Service can not be called from browser script with SBL-UIF-00275 error (Doc ID 1986887.1) is present which says solution as below:

The issue can be workarounded by disabling unnecessary objects.

However, the solution is not clear.

Can anybody help on this issue please?
