What are the required patches to be apply while doing upgrade from 11i(11.5.10.2) to R12.2.4

Hi Team,

Our business is going to upgrade from 11i(11.5.10.2) to R12.2.4.

Could you please provide the patches detail to be applying for finanical modules (GL,AP,AR,FA ,CM) and ebTax(Indian localization)
