How to Set Auto Pick Confirm Flag using Pick Release API

Hello Everyone,

I want to use Shipping API's to perform below as per my business requirement,

a. Pick Release

b. Pick Confirm/Transact Move Order

c. Ship Confirm

I went through Note NOTE:602302.1 which says, "The shipping public API "WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB. Delivery_Action”, enables pick release of the sales order line.  The relevant pick release parameters are retrieved from the Shipping and Organization Parameter setup."

I dont want to Auto Allocate and Auto Pick Confirm Sales Order while executing Pick Release API. Change Shipping and Organization Parameter setup is the only option to achive the same. Is there any other way where i can pass these flags to Pick Release API.
