Disabling a Child Level in Demantra

I have a location level hierarchy that one of the child level needs to be disabled. What's the best way to approach this? Visual configuration:

Lowest Location Level

. Level1

.. Level2

... Level3

.... Level4

..... Level5

I want to disable Level3 but keep Level4 and Level5.

There are 2 options:

1. Using Configure Level, if I disable Level3, will it also auto-disable Level4 and Level5?

2. Using Data Model, I tried to move Level4 to Level3 by changing the Source Data and Properties but it's telling me that the Field Name has already been used.

Any help is very much appreciated.
