Auto close line process -STUCK

Hi Team,

Last year we have upgraded the the auto close line process with the help of solution id 728991.1. However we are facing some issue recently, against one of the repair order I see SHIP line comes in SHIPPED status however RO is still OPEN. Also I see in OM the shipped line STUCK in fulfilled status not closed.

On OM I checked the WF (CSD:Update Repair Order Status to Close) and found that that the modified workflow is showing with status STUCK

. Now

two things did not occur:

1. The AR invoice didn't generate for this order

2. The DR repair order lines did not auto-close
