Print Delivery Note on P03013 set to Yes on Sold to and Ship to?

Hi

Our client moved from JDE Xe to JDE 9.1.

The delivery note option on billing instructions is ticked yes on the ship to.  Once we moved to 9.1 the delivery note R42535 would not print unless the Sold to was ticked too.

Should the sold to and ship to both be ticked and why?
