Work Order - Record History

Morning Gentlemen:

We on our version 12.2.4. We have enabled FND Record History, and made it visible on the Work Order OAF search screen. The column Record History appears in the results table, and when results are returned an icon appears in the column.

When we click the icon, it pops up the Record History window showing Last Updated Date, Last Updated By, Creation Date, Created By and Last Update Login, but there is no information.

How do we get it to show the actual data for the record? I have looked on metalink, and haven't really found a clear answer.
