Add Language to the existing Siebel instance

Hi.,

We have 5 existing server where AOM (Callcenter_enu) enabled on only two severs out of 4.  In order to install more languages on this instance, Is it enough to install language pack on only those servers where AOM comps are enabled (repository import through db config wizard and seed data import through tools )  or we need to install the lang pack on all the 5 hosts/servers?
