One Item with multiple sub Items

Dear Champs,

Our client has following requirement.

For example, client orders BTS antenna, this is one item, within BTS antenna, there are 100s of items. how to link main items with sub items at time of receiving. Though i know at item creation we can make Main item and sub items.
