Essbase server validate.sh fails DB Connectivty check only

What setting, is this checking, and what connectivity?  Can't figure out why this is failing, all other checks PASS

All green on the HTML output of validate.sh

Essbase is the only component installed on this server and is functioning as far as I can tell.
