WEB ADI Integrator takes a long time to open and download data after some patching

We have custom integrators -- written from scratch.  We applied some patches in the Projects, iProcurement and AP modules. Since then the custom integrators are running slow - they take a long time to open up and download data.  Anyone come across this issue?  WE have even recreated one of the integrators but still the issue exists.
