r12.1.3 Where are the journals listed in the Reverse Journals form stored and can they be deleted?

Greetings -

We had a user incorrectly reverse a journal into the wrong period.  As best as I can determine, instead of posting the incorrect reversal that was in the wrong period, she deleted that reversing journal.  Yet, when she navigates to Journals > Reversal form (GLXJEREV) the journal is still listed there to be processed and they do not want them to ever be generated.

Can someone tell me what table populates the GLXJEREV form?  I am hoping that I can just delete the journal from a table.  Or does anyone else know how else to remove the journal from the Reverse Journals Form without actually generating the reversal?
