Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Close/Cancel old open deliveries

I would like to know how can I close/cancel open Deliveries which have either an old or a null Initial Pick-Up Date?,

I executed the Shipping Purge, but still see these open deliveries.

Appreciate any the help/advice with this.
