Sequential Numbering setup?

Dear Gurus,

I have an issue with Document Number for manually entered journals in GL. I already have setup the ff:

Sysad>Profile>System>Sequential Numbering>Partially Used at Site level

Sysad>Sequential Numbering>Define>Document Sequence (Type: Automatic with Initial Value of 1)

Sysad>Sequential Numbering>Categories (Table Name: GL_JE_HEADERS)

Sysad>Sequential Numbering>Assign sequence to category (Method: Null)

Navigate>Journals>Enter>New Journal<<<---------- Error: APP-FND-01728: An assignment does not exist for these parameters

And in creating new journal, doc number is not generated.

Is this wrong? Or did I miss any setup? Thanks for your help
