EBS 12.1.3 End of Error Correction Support

WHen is the error correction support ending for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3?

I have been through Oracle E-Business Suite Error Correction Support Policy V.5, but can't determine when the grace period ends. The premier support is Dec 2016 and the extended support is till Dec 2019 but I also need to know the ECS.
