Product not showing under Effectivity tab
Hello Team,
Here we are facing an issue against one of the contract item instance have to be added. But it is not possible to add the product to the contract, as it is not on the list of available items. I assume that the item FFA-SHD isn't set up correctly. For item FFA-SH the process is working. Please find the attached screen shot and advice whar could be the reason for the same. I have already verified that in Item inventory master Product is already checked as "Enable contract coverage".
