[PRKN-1019] failed to create directory "c:\temp\2\\oraremservice"

Hi gurus,

we are trying to install a 11.2.0.3 Oracle Database software on two  Windows2008 R2 (nodo1, nodo2), type of installation RAC.

We are installing from node "nodo1".

We are facing the following error at the end of the process of installation (at 100 % progress bar):

          OUI -35077 error in registration ocx

          [PRKN-1019] failed to create directory "c:\temp\2\\oraremservice" in node "nodo2", Error"0|Access is denied"

Help will be appreciated.
