Q: Solaris 10 SC 3.3 U2 ZFS mounts at /global/<MP>

Hello Experts,

we are currently migrating an old 2-node SC from Solaris 9 w / SC 3.1 U3 to Solaris 10 w / SC 3.3 U2.

Unfortunately, PXFS  has been used together w/ SVM. SFAIK ZFS does not support PXFS.  We want to get rid of the PXFS (global FS) and create HAStorage+ failover file systems based on ZFS.  Global FS is not needed from application point of view. Problem is that ALL the developed application scripts  (> 200)  are having /global/<MP> application path hardcoded.

Globaldevices

# mount -p | grep -i global

/dev/lofi/126 - /global/.devices/node@2 ufs - no rw,intr,largefiles,logging,noquota,global,xattr,nodfratime,onerror=panic
