Essbase 11.1.2.1 and Db2 or Sql Server

I was reviewing the Certfication matrix and needed to confirm that Essbase 11.1.2.1 Shared Services is not certified with DB2 v10 or Sql Server 2012 and will not work with those versions. 

v11.1.2.1 will only work with DB2 V9 or Sql server 2005/2008?
