Siebel 8.1.1.14 IRM step failed at "Prepare for Index creation".

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading our Siebel application in DEV environment from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.14.

1.Applied 8.1.1.14 binaries with 8.1.1.14 PS4 to all components.

2.Executed IRM (Database Upgrade Guide, Chapter 13) as recommended by Oracle.

3. Selected the right version and IRM verification step passed without any issues.

4. This is the first time we ran the IRM process for 8.1.1.14 and however, we did ran the IRM for 8.1.1.10 an year back.

Our IRM process failed at IRM step "Prepare for Index creation". Please help if any one faced the same issue and how to proceed further.
