TRYING to customize PO_REQ_REJECT_JRAD.

hi

I am trying to customize  PO_REQ_REJECT_JRAD of body as follows

i have requirment to add custom body in notiticaton as follows.

&DOCUMENT_TYPE_DISP &DOCUMENT_NUMBER is rejected If the requisition
is no longer required, please instruct Preparer to cancel

&REQ_LINES_FWK_RN

&APPROVAL_SEQUENCE_FWK_RN

but i  getting custom message correctly with attribute values, but insead of OAF ,  getting  link of page.

If i add message with out  attributes  &DOCUMENT_TYPE_DISP &DOCUMENT_NUMBER     i am getting custom text and OAF as expected.

PLease help.
