Data model cached?

Hello,

I am encountering some strange behavior with changes to data model not being reflected with you run the report or try to schedule the report. For example, adding a Schedule Trigger would not get reflected. Or changes to the schedule trigger would not be reflected. I have had instances where the default value of a parameter is used when scheduling the report immediately after making changes to the data model. etc.

Searching on Support website, I found this: BUG 18646166 PROVIDE AN OPTION TO CLEAR REPORT CACHE AND DATA MODEL CACHE

Although the bug itself is not visible to me, I wonder if this is the issue I am facing which may require a manual purge of cache. My BI Publisher is part of OBIEE
