How to recognize Which jounal to be reversed?

Hi.....

We have two journal entries which contain same details such as category, Description amounts etc but one entry got reconciled and other listed in available transaction window. Now user want to reverse the unreconciled journal entry but we are unable to recognize which line to be reversed.

Please Advice us to recognize journal entry which should be reversed?
