Unable to define Layout for Seeded Payroll Integrator

Hi ,

We are unable to define the layout for payroll seeded WEBADI(Integrator). For other  module  like Projects and custom WebAdi are working fine. 

Error Message :

Please resolve the following error to continue.

You do not have permission to access this functionality.

We are about to Go Live but its delay because we are facing this issue on Pre production instance.
