HFM Connection Error
we are getting followed error while trying to Zoom-in on one of the Account from Smartview
“Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error (12031)”
As per some documents, we checked WLIOTimeoutSecs setting, but it is already setup to 3600. Not sure what else missing here.
Appreciated if you can provide some suggestions to resolve this issue.
