Not able to apply a Patch

I have a Primavera P6 Professional R8.3.2 installed in a Windows 64-bits. I have been trying to work with the SDK connection (already installed) but I am not able to connect Excel with the Primaver Database because I have Microsoft Office installed in the folder "Program files (x86)" (see Bug 3807408 for more information).
The solution to that Bug is install a Patch (10.2.0.1.0 Patch 4: Apply Patch 4923787 or later), which seems an easy solution but I am not able to apply that patch. I am going to try to explain all what I have tried in case someone knows how to get the proper solution:
